Suggest them to put put cotton ear buds in their ears , so that they feel their voice in very low tone and suddenly starts barking .
As I am a dumb speaker , I am going to adopt this technique in my next presentation. Tried it once , and the result is amazing.
This is a very good alternative to button microphones.
P.S: I had severe problem in listening to some my earlier teachers.
