Solution to purge Static built up charge in the laptop circuit board.
On the net, the common suggestions are to take the battery out and let the circuit discharge the static.
What I did is I attached as many USBs I can, Mouse, Power bank, External Hard drive, HDMI cable, few pen drives . Then pressed the power button.
Bingo !
How do you know if the problem on you HP laptop is due to static built up ?
Answer: Press the power button for 15 seconds and release, you will see a small blink at button and one more at Capslock.

Relation between Stock price and option prices I understood now !
After an amount of time and experiments with money only I understood the relation between stock price and its derivative value . Also I got an understanding over the time decay and volatility effect on the option price.
With this I suggest everyone always short options when nearing the expiry .
And the shorting is very effective than buying.
Ex: If you the stock is growing then short the put.
Ex: If the the stock is losing then short the call.
The point here is that short on the out of the money option with a good theta.
The dangerous factor lurking here is the beta, i.e. volatility.

Evaluation of Answer scripts - A nightmare
First time when I did it after my MSc at Andhra Loyola college for nearly 300 copies I catched fever.
Now, I had to do the same but luckily on electronic version but more or less similar size of 270 copies.
As I couldn't do much during Boston MIT trip, I had to start it at home after reaching.
Today , at last I could finish it off somehow.
I have done good correction for only the first section.
And the rest of sections received inflated marks for simple contrinbutions which definitely a bad practice in the making of engineers for Future India.
Some of the copies are so sweet and most of them are blunders.
I don't understand what these just saved pupil from getting failed will do the technological fields.
Will they write proper codes for bank or MRI machines, heart pacemakers, will they build strong flyovers and skyscrappers ?Future of India is very gleam and despairing.
The day when AI is adopted to evaluate scripts the pass percentages of these future engineers will go down to fractions that we never have seen before.
How badly these kids are motivated to do engineering in spite of the pressures from their parents and relatives.
Special mention: out of these 270 50% are done by our Teaching Assistant Alekhya single handedly.
And the rest were done by me and my sister Nagamani . She helped me with the task of entering marks while I was doing the marks allocation on a plane sheet of paper.
At last a great sigh of relief.

My bad experience with BIET.
I was unemployed for nearly one and half year after my 1.5 year ppost doctoral work.
Then after my marriage my sisters was happened.
Now, I went to join Bharath Institute of Technology at Ibrahimpatnam Hyderabad for an offer of 65k per month.
After submitting my certificates to BIET I joined .
First day was good. Everyone surprised at how come I with high profile of research ended up at BIET trap.
Slowly I started to understand how bad the place uis though the buildings are modern and polished but the minds of BIET managerial body is mere rowdism.
I used to travel to BIET everyday from Leela's apartment at jodimetla cross in the way to ghatkesar , to Ibrahimpatnam by first going up to uppal on Auto and then the Institute bus from there.
During the week , I got an interview letter from NIT Andhra for asst, prof ship in Mathematics.
In the same week I was informed that I am selected for SRMAP and I told them I will join by Sept 15th-2018. A fortnight ago, for which I already gave my interview at SRMAP on july 27th paneled by Prof. Vijaysekhar, Prof. Kannan, Prof. Balasubramanian Ramanchandran.
Despite my repeated mails about the status of interview at SRM I didn't get any reply . So I headed to BIET, Hyd for employment which I felt a good one to start with. But very soon I realized it is a graveyard when I tried to get back my certificates in the name of NIT Andhra interview.
They gave me the certificates after a big drama and aslo took 10000INR from me with nearly 2lakh worth cheques of SBi account, which I later executed with stop cheque order with minimum amount of fee at my Gunadala Eluru road branch.
I made through the interview and with that reason I resigned at BIET and left to home. BUt also mailed NIT Andhra that I can't join due to personal requirements at home. They replaced my candidacy with the next prospective.
On Aug 1st I joined SRMAP and it is a nice place to start with along with other reputed international faculty.
My Mathematics dept was chaired by Prof. Kannan with whom we have very closer conversations without any professional barriers.
Later during the MITx trip I come to know about Prof. Vijaysekhar how friendly person he is at the same time how deeply he is motivated by the Math applications and Theoretical flavors.
During the interview I wa asked about my PhD research and as well as PDF research.
When I was asked the complexity of matrix determinant I made few hurries attempts, Alas , I endedup with the right answer. At the end I was asked another one complexity on product of two matrices which I guessed it wrongly but corrected by Prof. Kannan.
In the last semester
I taught Single variable calculus for CSE-B-F and ECE-A-C-2018-19.
Out of which the most attentive batch were ECE-A and next CSE-B. But CSE-B more calm and better performers.

MITx programme at Boston supported by SRMAP
We are a group of 12 people had a training session at MIT, edX this Nov 28th 30th.
It was good experince to roam in the streets of Harvard and MIT.
On Dec 1st I spent some good time with friend Hemandhan and Praveen Bra family at Philadelphia .
Played with Bhavesh and had some good hospitality from Arpita, wife of my Bra.
For this I traveled on Megabus and the the tickers were booked by Hemanadhan for 80USD full trip.
What I found was that the buses were huge in size. And when they come on to the express way The trucks are going at mind blowing speeds than the Buses.
On 26th Nov we as a team went to Franklin. W. Olin college for a overalll understanding of the different engineering programme over there.
While we all set to go Boston from Vijayawada, unfortuantely the Indigo flight between VGA and HYD was cancelled. The SRM admin arranged a bus for us upto HYD. Thankfully we reached on time.
And while coming bakc from HYD after collecting our checked in bags we had to again check-in those baggages at Indigo counter. I bought two bottles of Vodka with me which my father never tasted before. It was the reason why my carryon luggage was stopped and asked to put it in checkin.
But with this porocess I happpened to put my power bank aslo with it. Which later caused my baggage to be offloaded back onto the HYd port again.
After 3 days of communication with Indigo they managhed to get it to my Gannavaram-VGA airport safely but with exlusion of the powerbank.
A great sigh of relief.

Do eye blinks matter while measuring intelligence ?
I think so.
Babies absorb surrounding information keeping their eyes wide open. And at the same time they blink seldom while paying attention to the details.
This phenomenon continues until they learn to process a data immediately after it was being absorbed, which initially during their brain development they don't.
After being grownup they can spend very less time on observing the things but more on its validation to the previous existing data.
" I think ", Every time we blink we switch off a particular component in our brain and allowing the other faculties to allow some internal data correction activity or process.
If it is a frequently recurring outcome of a process then it may be stored in the hippocampus which is known for its permanent memory nodes.

Scientific Myth behind Yawning debunked
There are few explanations from scientific community foor the reason behind yawning. It is the lack of oxygen in our system that is replenished by making a big inhalation act known as Yawning.
But in my observation this occurs only when we have excessive calories in our body but not when you are asleep on an empty stomach.
So the act of Yawning is more related to excess of calorific value rather than oxygen slackness.

The perennial problem of Mathematics Department at IIT Kanpur
The history says IIT kanpur's Mathematics department had high affinity towards Harmonic analysts which causes an imbalanced recruitment among the department's faculty.
Hence a premier engineering institute like IITK has lacked practical (real world application minded) mathematicians who can rightly serve the technical kids.
Now the regime has shifted towards Algebraic Topologists. Probably the administration has got a change of mind but the culture has not.
Hardly there is any medium to high level requirement of abstract knowledge of algebraic mythology required to be imparted on technical graduates. Of whom HIGH percentage of kids don't give a heck about abstract algebraic fantasies. Then why filling up the faculty list with unwanted(but may be capable of other arts) entrants who actually belong to other purely fundamental research oriented establishments.

I have seen their unprofessional behavior today.
They are blunt, insensitive, adamant and egotistic.
They are trained to be crazy officials who just kneel down before politicians only.

I believe in this
You should not choose an institute but the institute should choose you.
Ex: You shouldn't aim or prepare to be qualified for a premier institute but you must have that talent that naturally takes you to there without your strong obsession for such a place.
Ex: Another fine example is when you crave for a work in USA.

Why I returned from the Land of Opportunity !
I have many but the last three have more weight.
1. Before going itself I wanted to work for only one year though the contract was discussed for 5 years with my supervisors.
2. From my childhood, I never had any dream like IIT, USA, Money or Mathematical ecstasies .
3. My parents were getting old and eventually will lose support from us (Children) due to foreign distant job factor.
4. I /my next generation, will lose my own cultural identity and close relations in our families.
5. Research in USA is primarily just for the sake of survival and the passion is missing.
6. Tolerated my Loneliness at an age of 32 for more than a year and just few months before I terminated the contract, my father refused to my marriage with my fiance and then, I got flown back to India. (This was the big JOLT that helped me out of my dilemma.)
7. Less lust for money and name.
8. Wanted to contribute my efforts and knowledge only to the nation where I received.
L-1. I couldn't find a good team/mentor who works in the area (MEG) in which I was assigned .
L. USA is an extremely calm, rigid, insecure, unhealthy food habits and boring pseudo-relations society.
P.S: There good things which I absorbed, enjoyed and I can't deny that.
