Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus, why it is not other way round?

Venus has eccentricity 0.007, and Mars has 0.093. This tells that Venus is more spherical than Mars.

  Two conclusions : 1. Venus is  more symmetric figure than Mars.

2. Mars is bit tall like a man and Venus is very round like a bubbly stout women.
