Gradient bath with cold water

If you have problem in bathing with cold water in the morning. Do this.
 first start with only legs if not possible try wetting your toes :)
slowly on the spinal cord starting from from bottom to top bath slowly
. You don't need to hurry at any point at every stage pour water until you feel comfortable on each section of your spine.

P.S: spine is the main communicator of senses to the brain regarding body tempratures and temperature shocks.

 It works. !
