Insecurity is ruling every citizen and countries

If you think of its economics it will be mind blowing.
  At personal scale the cost of feeling insecure had become so high that people are just racing for resources acquisition.
At a nation scale if you see the defense expenditures and right wing governments rise up it can suffice my claim.
