No matter a high court clears that hindi is not a national language and there is nothing in the constitution like that. Then how could the uttarpradesh and delhi morons (even the so called educated and uneducated political gundas of UP state) falsely promote hindi as NL. The sad thing is that in school text books also it is written that hindi is national language. How could they do that arrogant racist crime of falsely promoting among school children.
