In every book on logic and set theory
the usual way of defining a Russell set goes as follows,
x:x€! x
but a better way of writing it is,
Russell set, X={x : x €! X}
Here X stands for the Russell set and x stands for the pseudo elements of the set.
Note : Here €! means not belongs to
