The ways I noticed on Escaping your email id's from being caught by Spam BOTs

To avoid  our email Boxes from being SPAMmed , people are following these techniquesin their Homepages
1. Publish your E-Mail Id as an Image
2. write [AT] and [DOT] in place of '@' and '.'
3. Add some extra characters in between your email and prompt a caution to remove them.
4.  filling email with spaces.
